Strategic Ridge is a modern accountancy practice built on one idea: accounting should be clear, personal and genuinely useful. Every client gets a dedicated accountant, a fixed monthly fee, and proactive advice all year round.

Our story

We started Strategic Ridge because too many business owners were paying good money to feel like a number: unanswered emails, surprise invoices, and advice that arrived after the deadline instead of before it. We built the practice we wished existed, from Liverpool, for clients across the UK and well beyond it.

We are cloud-first by design. Records live in cloud accounting software included in every package, documents are signed electronically, and meetings happen wherever you are. It is why a practice based in Liverpool comfortably looks after limited companies in London, landlords in Dubai and creators in Bucharest.

What we stand for

Fixed fees, honestly

You get a written quote before any work starts, split into one flat monthly amount. It covers the agreed work and your questions through the year. If your needs change, we agree a new fee before anything extra is billed. Nobody opens our invoices nervously.

A real accountant, not a call centre

You deal with the same qualified accountant every time, someone who knows your business by name and answers emails within one business day. No ticketing systems, no scripts, no starting from scratch with a stranger each January.

Advice before deadlines, not after

Compliance keeps you safe, but timing makes you money. We review your position before your year end, while salaries, dividends, equipment purchases and pension contributions can still be changed, and we flag what is coming, from Making Tax Digital to Companies House identity checks, before it lands on you.

Plain English, three languages

Tax is complicated enough without jargon. We explain everything in plain words, and we advise in English, Spanish and Romanian, so nothing is lost in translation.
