Limited company accounts and Corporation Tax

Year-end statutory accounts prepared and filed at Companies House, Corporation Tax computed and filed with HMRC, and a plain-English summary of what the numbers say about your business. Deadlines are tracked for you, with reminders long before anything is due, so you never meet the word penalty.

Self Assessment, without the January panic

Directors, sole traders, landlords and higher earners: we prepare and file your return, calculate payments on account, and tell you the figure to set aside months in advance. Clients send us records in the spring and enjoy their December.

VAT and Making Tax Digital

Quarterly VAT returns prepared and filed under Making Tax Digital, with your records kept clean all year in cloud software. We advise on the right scheme for your business, watch the registration threshold as you grow, and now that MTD covers Income Tax for many sole traders and landlords, we handle those quarterly updates too.

Bookkeeping, payroll and CIS

Monthly bookkeeping done for you, payroll run on time with payslips and pension submissions handled, and CIS deductions and returns sorted for contractors and subcontractors. Cloud accounting software is included in every package, so there is no extra licence to buy.

Company formation and secretarial

New companies incorporated properly: the right share structure from day one, registration for the taxes you actually need, confirmation statements filed on time and Companies House records kept clean, including the new identity verification requirements for directors.

Tax planning, all year round

The filings keep you compliant. The planning is where we earn our fee: salary and dividend mix, timing of equipment purchases, pension contributions, family payroll and profit extraction, reviewed before your year end while the numbers can still be changed, not after.

Frequently asked questions

How do fixed fees work?

You get a written quote based on the work your business needs, split into a flat monthly amount. It covers the agreed services in full, including questions through the year, and paying annually earns you one month free. If your needs change, the fee is agreed again before anything extra is billed.

How hard is it to switch accountants?

It is our job, not yours. You sign one authorisation, we write to your current accountant for professional clearance and your records, and we tell HMRC we act for you now. Most switches complete inside two weeks with no interruption to filings. See exactly how switching works.

How quickly do you respond?

Emails are answered by your own accountant, normally within one business day. No ticketing systems, no call centre scripts, no explaining your business from scratch every time.

Which bookkeeping software do you use?

Cloud accounting software is included in every package, and we work with the major platforms. If you already use one you like, we keep it. If not, we set you up and show you the ropes.
